SCURRY COUNTY, TEXAS COMMUNITY FALLOUT SHELTER PLAN

This is the smallest CSP I have seen yet. It's printed on both sides of a standard letter size sheet of paper. There are no other shelter locations shown in the county outside the town of Snyder. I can't remember where I got this one. Maybe Ebay?
