SHELTER UTILIZATION COMMUNITY PLANNING STUDY

This is the Monroe County Indiana shelter study for the CSP instead of the version released to the public. Dated October, 1963 this study is interesting in that they route everyone to the campus of Indiana University to the shelter spaces on the campus. Every paragraph with directions to shelters ends with "to the Campus." This document also shows the dates of when some of the shelters were stocked with supplies. This document is in PDF format.
