COWLEY COUNTY, KANSAS CSP

This Cowley County, Kansas CSP was in one of those CD info envelopes with an In Time Of Emergency bookelt and a booklet about tornado safety. I forgot I had it and found it when going through my file cabinet but I can't remember where I got the envelope. This will be the 19th CSP I have uploaded to the site.
