Wes Mullins found this Baltimore City CSP in a shop in DC. He emailed these images to me in January 2021. Here's what Wes had to say about his find..
"I almost died, found it in the bottom of an old junk newspaper bin at an antiques place here. Coolest 1.50 spent!" These images have only been cropped and
the perspective adjusted minimally. They have not been reduced in size. I think the image quality is just good enough to be legible.
