Basement Concrete Block Shelter Model
Of the four plans modeled there are really only two I would ever consider building.
This is one of them. At least in this shelter you can stand up and move around somewhat.
Of course you have to have a basement in which to build the thing though. Like the other models this
one also has it's own boxed cover for it. The Civil Defense
